In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10 NKJV
Our Father, before we could do anything to earn Your approval, You already took the initiative to demonstrate Your agape-love for us. Hallelujah! The Cross became the mercy-seat where the blood of Your only-begotten Son flowed to remove the punishment for our sin, to clothe us with the robes of His righteousness, to reconcile us to You, and to give us the life-long calling to implement His Kingdom-plans. Our love-conquered hearts sing for joy! Thank You! Amen.
