The Lord Jesus said: “So wherever you go in the world, tell everyone the Good News” (Mark 16:15;GW).
The Good News is that the Lord Jesus came to save us! The Good News is that “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). The Good News is that “Jesus Christ laid down His life for us” (1 John 3:16). The Good News is that the Lord Jesus died in our place on the Cross, He paid the penalty for our sins, so that all who turn away from their sins and turn to Jesus and trust Him only, based on Who He is and what he did on the Cross for us, …will be saved and will be reconciled to God – to live in a loving, obedient, trusting, right relationship with God, eternally – to God’s glory!
That is why the Lord Jesus said: “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone” (Mark 16:15;NLT).
We share the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ with our LIVES and with our LIPS, with the help of the Holy Spirit. We share the Good News of the holiness and the love of God (as shown to us in and through the Lord Jesus) through our WORKS and through our WORDS.

Becoming and being wise witnesses of Jesus in the workplace!
The Lord Jesus said: “You are the salt of the earth… you are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:13-14). By this He meant that we are to be a blessing to others and to bring taste and preservation and healing and growth, as our lives reflect the life and the love of the Lord Jesus…
A salt solution we use to help many, many patients in the health fields across the world is called “Saline” or “Normal Saline” or 0.9% Saline. A hypertonic solution will be dangerous and a hypotonic one will be of little use. The Lord Jesus wants us to be the right concentration of “salt” (or Saline) in our interaction with our patients and peers.
The Saline Process is a face-to-face training course (OR an online course, either asynchronous or synchronous) that encourages and equips healthcare workers of all categories to become and to be wise witnesses for Jesus in their workplace. It teaches that life is a journey, either away from Jesus or closer to Jesus. It emphasizes that we are all on a journey, a step by step process. Some call it a faith journey. It shows that faith is important in healthcare, because science says so and Scripture says so. It highlights the many opportunities we have as healthcare workers and it explores the barriers in ourselves and in our patients that can hinder us in our journey to Jesus and with Jesus. It shows in a beautiful way what is our part in this process and it equips us to use 8 Biblical tools that will help us to cultivate and sow and harvest, which is another way of saying it will help us to help others take one step closer to Jesus at a time. Through it we learn that to be a positive spiritual influence in the healthcare workplace, we need Christ-like character, professional competence, compassion, good communication and courage, in and through the Lord Jesus Christ.
God is working in every person we see. He calls us to work with Him and to walk with Him, and to be His salt and light and witnesses in the workplace. What a wonderful privilege!
